What the service includes
- Standard CRM, shared conversations, calendar, and missed-call text-back setup in the base plan
- Custom workflow starting scope: one trigger, up to ten steps, one branch, and two revision rounds
- Standard integration starting scope: two systems, one-way sync, one record type, up to ten fields, and two revision rounds; supported API required
Custom CRM starting scope: up to three pipelines, twenty fields, five workflows, and one dashboard. Integrations, coded applications, and third-party licenses cost extra. Automation Care is $497/month for three total labor hours; additional approved work is $150/hour. Communication, AI, and A2P fees are billed separately at provider cost.

Can you integrate my other software?
Possibly. We first check API access, permissions, fields, and the desired sync direction. External integrations are paid projects and feasibility must be confirmed.
Will an automation replace my staff?
The goal is to support your team with organized inquiries and timely acknowledgments. Important customer decisions and exceptions still need a person.
Is unlimited custom support included?
No. Basic email support includes thirty minutes per month; correcting defects in the delivered standard setup does not consume that allowance. New builds and ongoing automation management are separate.
